Outer envelope: $2.75 for black ink on light or unlined envelopes
+ $.25 each for metallic ink
+ $.25 each for dark or lined envelopes
Inner envelope (1-2 lines): $ 1.50 (With corresponding increase in rates for different color ink or lined envelopes. Please see above.)
Return address on back of envelope (2 lines): $2.50
Address on response envelope $2.50
Place cards and escort cards: $2.00
Table cards: $5.00
